Orders and Payments

How can I place an order?

Browse through our gorgeous collections, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order. 

 
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within a certain timeframe. Please contact our customer service team ASAP for assistance. 

What is your returns policy and how can I return?

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return items via our online portal. Any items returned should be clean, unworn and with the original tags attached. Check out our returns policy page and you'll find everything you need to know on how to return an item. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address on your order once it has been confirmed. 

What confirmation emails will I receive?

Order Confirmation - We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed confirming what items you purchased, the quantity and how much you will be charged.

Despatch Confirmation -  We will send you an email once your order has been despatched confirming what items are in your order and your expected delivery date. 

What should I do if my order isn’t delivered?

Firstly please check tracking for most up to date status. We hope to get your order delivered to you by the expected delivery date, but sometimes it can take a little longer than expected, especially during busy times.

If you select a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. Once your order is on its way to you, On your confirmation email simply click on 'Track Order' link within the email and this will take you to your account.

  • Go to ‘My Orders’ tab
  • Select the order you wish to track
  • Click on 'View Tracking Details'

Expected delivery date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after this delivery date.

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it? 

First thing to do is make sure our courier hasn't left your parcel in an alternative location, they will advise you where with a calling card or they may notify you by email or text.

If you cannot locate your parcel please contact our friendly customer service team, who will be able to help you.

Are there any addresses you do not deliver to? 

Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, airports, prisons and hospitals due to security reasons 

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

If there is an item missing from your order please check your emails including junk & spam as the item you ordered may be out of stock. If you need any further help please contact us and we will look into this for you.

My Item is Faulty, what should I do? 

Please contact our friendly customer services team who can help further. Please give as much information as you can and provide images of faulty item.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item? 

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please contact our friendly customer service team, who will be able to help you.

How can I pay on Shimeray website?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.  

When is payment taken from my card?

We ask your bank for authorisation of your debit/credit card when you place your order. When we despatch your goods to you, you’ll receive a confirmation email stating which items are being sent and the amount that will be charged to your card  

How can I purchase a Shimeray Gift Card?

You can send a Digital Gift card via email, or we can post it straight to your door. Load up the gift card with any amount from £10 upwards

How do I use a Shimeray Gift Card?

How do I find out my balance on my Shimeray gift card?

Where do I enter my promotion code?

Promotion codes can be added during checkout by entering your code into the promo code box  

My promotion code does not work?

Please ensure your order meets the required criteria for the promotional code. We only accept official Shimeray promotional codes.  

I placed an order but my promotion code didn’t apply correctly, what can I do?

Only one discount/promo code is allowed per order.  Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers or for any delivery charges. If you need further help please contact our friendly customer services team.  

How can I keep up to date with Shimeray news and promotions?

If I cancel or refund an order that had a promotion applied, will I receive a new promotion code?

When you apply a promotion code the discount is applied to all the items in your order that are eligible, so when you return items you will be refunded at the discounted price paid. A new promotion code will not be given

General Questions

What materials are your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is crafted from a variety of materials including recycled metals in gold and silver tones, recycled acrylic and semi-precious stones. On each item, you can see a full composition breakdown of materials.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

All of our jewellery is nickel free, which is less likely to cause an allergic reaction.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we operate exclusively online. However, we participate in various pop-up events and exhibitions. Stay tuned to our social media and newsletters for updates.
