Water and Shimeray are Frenemies: Your Shimeray jewellery is not a fan of water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, or any other chemical concoctions. Think of it as a cat—keep it dry and chemical-free to avoid a hissy fit of tarnishing and damage. 

Cool, Dry, and Drama-Free Storage: Stash your Shimeray in a cool, dry place. A jewellery box with compartments or soft pouches is ideal—think of it as a luxury condo for your jewellery, where each piece gets its own VIP suite. 

Sunshine is for Sunbathing, Not for Shimeray: Prolonged sunbathing is great for getting a tan but terrible for your jewellery. Keep your Shimeray out of direct sunlight unless you want it to start looking like it’s been through a desert storm.

Anti-Tarnish Strips to the Rescue: Pop some anti-tarnish strips in your jewellery box to keep the tarnish gremlins at bay.

Last But Not Least: Apply makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions first, and then adorn yourself with Shimeray. It likes being the grand finale, not the opening act. Undress Your Best: When it’s time to strip down, remove your Shimeray first. This prevents those awkward moments of snagging and potential jewellery tantrums.

How do I get my goodies delivered?

Get ready for some shipping fun: Score free shipping on all full-priced orders over £50!

UK Delivery
£4.95 for 1-2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
£3.95 for 2-3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
5.95 for Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before 2pm)

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays Please give us some extra time to process orders made on Fridays, weekends, and during our wild promotional and sale periods.

How long will it take to receive my Shimeray order?

We're lightning fast! Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Actual delivery times depend on where you are and which shipping method you pick.

Which courier will bring my goodies?

For UK Mainland deliveries, it's Royal Mail Tracked 24/48.

How can I track my order?
Once we ship it out, you'll get a tracking number via email. Use this number to keep tabs on your package's epic journey!

Returns and Swaps

What's the scoop on returns?
We’ve got you covered with a 28-day return policy for online purchases. Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method—easy peasy!
Ready to send something back? Here's how it works:
We're keeping it green and paperless! Just pop us an email at info@shimeray.com to kick off your return.

Remember, items must be clean, unworn, and with their original tags attached. Provide as much info as you can - Order number, Contact name, Address, Reason for return etc... along with any images. Unfortunately, Earrings can’t be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons:

Once your return is approved, you’ll get a prepaid Royal Mail return label.

There's a £4.50 fee per return, this will be deducted from your refund. You've got 28 days from receiving your order to get it back to us.
Prepping Your Return:
When sending items back you can reuse the original shipping container—just make sure to remove old labels and stick on your new return label.

Hang tight—it can take up to 10 business days to process your refund.
No Return Note? No Problem
We're keeping it green and paperless! Just head to our returns form to kick off your return.
Can I return if I've paid by gift card, PayPal?
You've got 28 days from when your order arrived. We'll zap a full refund back to your original payment method.

Gift Dilemmas Solved!
If you've got a Shimeray gift receipt, we're still up for an exchange or refund within 28 days. Refunds will boomerang onto a Shimeray Gift Card. Remember, any returns should be spic and span, with those tags still hanging. Returns via our portal back to the warehouse will be dinged £2 per return, automatically deducted from your refund.

We collect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and this Privacy Policy only applies to our information collection practices on Meta. We intend to comply with the requirements outlined by Meta as it pertains to Developers.

As required by Meta Privacy Policy we have to let you know that we do not sell your data, however if we are acquired or are merged we may transfer this data. In addition, you may request the removal of your data at any time by contacting us via email but we ask that you give us a reasonable amount of time to fulfill this request once it is made.

By using our Application and/or Page you agree that you are granting us the right to use, copy, display, distribute, deliver, render, and publicly perform any content that you provide to us. The use of our Application and/or Page is also prohibited in certain countries, specifically ones that have blocked the use of Meta or where your use or our content would be prohibited.

Other Users: If you have given us permission, and if one of the functions of our Application and/or Fan Page is to allow you to interact with others, you are going to be giving us the ability to share certain information with other users. You may request that we delete any data about you at any time. Unless you do so, however, we may retain your data until you ask us to delete it, even if we discontinue the Application and/or Page. You may also stop us from collecting information about you if you uninstall our App or remove yourself from our Page or if your account is deleted. We DO NOT sell/transfer/give information about your use of Meta to third parties unless authorized in this Agreement.

We use reasonable safeguards and protections to protect your data. We may have servers located in different jurisdictions so you are consenting to the transfer of this information from your residence to our servers.

We do not allow users under 13 to use our Application or Fan Page and will delete anyone we suspect is under age.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. If we do, we will post a notice on here of the changes and when this Policy was last updated.

Oops, once your order is confirmed, it's set in stone and we can't change the address.

Where did my goodies go? My order hasn't shown up!

First, check the tracking info for the latest updates. We aim to get your goodies to you by the expected delivery date, but sometimes things take a bit longer, especially during busy times.

Remember, the expected delivery date is just an estimate, so your order might show up a bit before, on, or after that date.

Our couriers can't deliver to PO Boxes, airports, prisons, and hospitals due to security reasons.
